From our Geneva workshop to your gaming table

Every Arcane Ludique piece is prepared, inspected, and carefully packaged in our Geneva workshop before beginning its journey. We treat each order like a small treasure chest: quality checks, reinforced protection, and thoughtful packaging ensure that your accessories arrive in perfect condition, ready to take their place at your gaming table.

Production & preparation times

Most of our creations are produced in small batches or made to order. As a general rule, production and preparation times vary depending on the item and the workshop’s workload. Indicative lead times are specified at checkout and include engraving, finishing, and quality control.

If you order multiple items with different lead times, we prioritize consolidated shipping in order to reduce our environmental impact and spare you multiple successive deliveries, unless you specifically request otherwise.

Shipping methods & delivery areas

All shipments leave from Geneva and are entrusted to carriers known for their reliability. Available shipping methods, destination countries, and estimated delivery times are displayed when you confirm your cart. Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on weight, volume, and destination.

All parcels are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to follow the journey of your artifacts from our workshop to your doorstep. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Packaging & eco-responsible approach

Our creations are made of wood, so it feels natural to respect the material through every step of the process. We favor cardboard, paper, and recycled or recyclable fibers for packaging, while minimizing the use of plastic whenever possible. When appropriate, we reuse high-quality boxes in good condition to reduce waste without compromising the protection of your items.

Each parcel is carefully cushioned to absorb shocks during transport. Your dice boxes, screens, atmospheric pieces, or figurines are securely held in place, while being presented in a refined package that reflects the premium spirit of Arcane Ludique.

Delivery, damaged parcels & support

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of your parcel. If the packaging is severely damaged or if you notice any damage to the products, please contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, include photos of the parcel and its contents. This allows us to quickly find a suitable solution with you and the carrier (replacement, repair, or another appropriate option).

Our goal is simple: that every order reaches you in impeccable condition, and that opening the parcel becomes the first magical moment of your Arcane Ludique experience.

Delivery address & tracking information

Please ensure that your contact details and delivery address are complete and accurate when placing your order. Any error may result in delays or the return of the parcel. If needed, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible after ordering to correct any information.

For any questions regarding an ongoing shipment (delivery time, tracking, destination specifics), our support team is available and happy to assist. We closely monitor the journey of our parcels, much like following a merchant caravan carrying precious artifacts.

Special orders & large items

For custom pieces, large quantities, or oversized items, specific production and shipping conditions may apply. In such cases, we will inform you in advance of estimated lead times, delivery options, and any additional costs related to reinforced or specialized transport.
